We could go to the gym four times a week or take intensive courses cardio to burn calories. But you can also keep fit without having to do extensive training and, above all, have fun! Here are 20 ways to burn calories without (much) realizing it!

1 Dance

Invite friends to the house, put on some dance music of the 90s and Latin you hair down for half an hour. Or, after sipping your favorite cocktail, spend the night at your hips on the dance floor of a nightclub. By moving to the beat of the music on the track for an hour, you will lose 250 calories.

2. Gym and after-gym 

Go to the nearest gym. Take half an hour of exercise. That's 100 calories lost!

3 Move the furniture

Change your furniture around to create a new decor. By dint of pushing, lifting and moving furniture, in 45 minutes you will lose 280 calories. Breathless ... and effective!
